Power Level 1-60 in 2 weeks!!!

This is the method the power levelers have used since closed beta and I finally got one of them to give it up. It is by no means the way to go if you want to maximize your experience in the game as this method will bypass almost all the content in the game and essentially ignore many of the fun, unique aspects of WoW. This is not recommended for new players and is meant for players who already have experienced the content and just want to level up an alt to play with their level 60 friends (ie. your level 60 instance group needs a priest and there are no priests to be had). As a benchmark to how successful you are with this, download cosmos and use the clock feature to measure your xp/hour. At level 50 you should be getting about 40,000+/hour. Before we get started, I have to ask the question, is it really possible to level to 60 in 2 weeks? Yes it is, even if its on a new server the average played time from experienced farmers takes about 9 days /played (during a 13 day span) about. The current world record is 4 days 20 hours /played (during an 8 day span), all done by one person who goes by the character name Joana (also sometimes known as Mancow for his male characters), this guy has won many leveling contests, even the first to 50 leveling contest held by Blizzard back in March, here is a pic of the runners up once he hit 50, this guy is amazing. He also sells a leveling guide and a complete 1-60 video showing his exact run of 4 days 20 hours /played time on his site here. Now on to the guide...

1-20: Newbie lands, stick to the friendly zones (not contested). Just grind. The quests are a waste of time up to level 20 if you are focusing on maxing out xp per hour.

20-26: Wetlands quests and raptors/slime/orcs for grinding. Redridge mountain Lakeshire quests.

26-30: Duskwood quests and undead for grinding. Hillsbrad critter roamers for grinding.

30-35: Did these all in a day on Daggerspines in Hillsbrad right next to Southshore along the coast. Huge spawn, very fast respawn rate, easy mobs to kill. Purgation isle (island in the very far Southwest water area of Hillsbrad) also a nice secluded place you can grind on undead.

36-40: Hillsbrad southshore quests. Desolace quests and kodo grinding for 36-38, then Undead Ravagers in the southeast for 38-40. Cresting exiles at the circle of outer binding in Arathi also for 37-41; extremely easy mobs with a fast respawn. Alterac ogres from 35-40 for grinding. Drywhisker kobolds in Arathi east of Hammerfall for 36-39 for grinding.

41-45: Hinterlands trolls, owl beasts, and wolves for grinding and quests. Badlands ogres, gnolls, and quests.

45-48: Tanaris quests and pirates on the eastern paninsula for grinding. Stranglethorn vale quests (only if you need rewards imo). Badlands greater elementals for grinding.

48-52: Felwood deadwood gnolls for grinding and quests from the sanctuary in the south. Blasted lands dreadmauls for grinding. Un'goro crater (best started at 50) for primarily quests and grinding off the plants and tar elementals. Azshara undead highbornes and thunderhead hyppogriffs for grinding.

52-55: Azshara blood elves for grinding. Burning steppes dreadmaul rock ogre caves firegut ogres (very low AC) for grinding. Felwood irontree woods and cave for grinding (great spot). Western plaguelands questing for argent dawn and grinding on undead throughout the various camps.

55-58: Eastern plaguelands quests from the sanctuary, grinding on undead at the ruined towns. Winterspring grinding at winterfall village or Lake Kel'Theril undead highbornes (my personal favorite camp). Blackrock Stronghold in Burning Steppes for grinding.

58-60: "The" yeti cave in Winterspring, due Southeast of Everlook (very nice place). Grosh Gok compound ogres in Deadwind pass (great spot, no one knows about it). Eastern plaguelands Fungal Vale undead grinding and argent dawn token farming. Moonowls in northeast winterspring for grinding.

Jame's Leveling Guides

James Leveling Guides are okay leveling guides that I have used before, somewhat detailed with some pictures and every thing you need to level from1 to 70. James alliance guide is free, however if your willing to spend a little money you can obtain a much better leveling guide for alliance that is much more detailed here at this site. And a much better horde leveling guide at this site here.

Click Here For The Biggest WOW Secret

The two most detailed leveling guides for World of Warcraft currently are Penn's 1-80 alliance guide (mentioned above) and Joana's Horde Leveling guide. Both Penn and Joana are well known professional speed runners and have developed much better leveling guides than Jame.

Both of these guides are quest-grind type leveling, which is the fastest way to level up in world of warcraft. I have been using both Joana's and Penn's leveling guides for quick reference on quests to get, and the order to do them, and when to do the instances, both are extremely helpful in your leveling efforts. And they are both much better than James, I only recommend using James if you have no money to spend on premium paid guides. But from my experience, the paid guides are a much better investment as far as saving time on your leveling. Hope this helps!

Horde 1-60 Leveling Guide (1-25)

Horde 1-60 Leveling Guide (1-25) - Part 1 of 3

Click Here For The Biggest WOW Secret

First you have to know that this horde guide, is a guide for free help, there is many ways to get to level 60. Then this is for a typical group mix. I know this guide is not as great as the famous Joana's 1-80 horde leveling guide, but this guide here can help a lot with the quests you can get and do as horde. Grouping will definitely make your leveling life easier. Even if you think that splitting the XP from a mob between 5 people isn't worth it , you have to look at how many mobs you are killing and how quickly you are killing them. There is just no comparison. If your specifically playing a Paladin, then you can check out Skewters's 1-20 Paladin Blood Elf guide.

When you ask people to join a group , make sure you know what the group is going to do. If you have specific quests you want to do , see if people are willing to join to do those quests , or to farm a specific area , or to do a specific instance dungeon.

Beginner Level (1-12)

-Very early on , a specific race will only level in their starting zones.
-Each race gets their own zone until around level 10.

Low to mid level Mage/ Warrior leveling guide

Before I start, you need to realize this is not a 1-80 leveling guide, it's just a short guide that will help you have a quick understanding of how to level up a mage or a warrior in the lower levels, if you need a complete leveling guide, the best ones are: Joana's 1-80 Horde leveling Guide for horde, and Penn's 1-80 Alliance leveling guide for alliance.

Click Here For The Biggest WOW Secret

For a Mage I would say to "grind" is a bad idea, I was grinding (unrested) from 17-18. Even though I was taking on creatures of my level and higher it still took me 1.5 hours. Now that compared to 18-18 3/4 in about 45 min doing 3 quests (1 quests I had to get 60 tusks though). So I would say go questing for a mage, or do some instances, that is until u get improved arc explosion then u can get lots off people at the same time.

For a warrior I would encourage grinding as a warrior is one of the easiest classes to grind with. They can be a high damage (2h) high armor class. So go grinding until u can get to WC (run it for Wingblade) then go grind until u get a good 2h. Once u get to be able to do SM u should have your Whirlwind weapon so use that for taking on mobs of 1 to 2 people then def stance+ 1h shield for mobs with more than 2 people. After that I go to Arathi and Alterac Mount. In Alterac go straight up north and grind there, I got 32.5-33 in 30min and 33-34 bout 1hr, also the mobs have some good loot. In Arathi go to the circles of binding when u get to lvl 35 and use your WW weapon. For both Arathi and Alterac it helps to have heavy silk bandages and Mageweave, but food works too. Also when u get to 225 first aid u can do the quest in Arathi for up to 300 skill (takes some luck and repetition, took me 5 times to finally pass :)

And lastly I know that this is a n00b guide but I will up date as I go, as right now I am farming honor at level (wow you can get a lot of honor for killing people 8 levels ahead of you :P)

Powerlevel to 20 in under 24 Hours (Horde)

O.K. before we begin let me give you my definition of Powerleveling:

Click Here For The Biggest WOW Secret

Powerleveling = A method in which you acquire the greatest amount of experience points in the shortest time possible.

The method described here is for the Horde side with an 8 character account, 2 of every race and 1 of every class. Although you may be playing Alliance, or be playing Horde with less characters the same basic principles will help you level allot faster to 20. My actual play time to level 20 with my first character(Mage) was 22 hours 57 minutes and 39 seconds, you can find this info for your character using the /played command. I know this guide is not as great as the famous Joana's horde leveling guide, but this guide here can help a lot with the quests you can get and do as horde, or you can check out Skewters's 1-20 Paladin Blood Elf guide if your trying to specifically get a Blood Elf paladin to 20 ASAP. This time, to some, may seem really slow for WOW and it is, but remember that all my characters are expert crafters (skill above 125, except for enchanting) and this in itself is a HUGE time sink. I could not imagine the time actually spent skinning every single mob I could, even the ones I did not kill myself, as well as gathering every herb regardless of the agro defending it, as well as the mining. As a side note: Blizzard has done a very good job of putting most of the better material "spawns" right in the middle or very close too, allot of agro My crafting skill would be higher but I could not train to the next higher level, as the crafting trainers said I had to be level 20.(Most of my characters hit expert at level 15). Here is my characters and their trade skills, as well as, the order in which I leveled them:

Undead Mage - Skinning and Tailoring
Undead Priest - Herb and Enchanting
Troll Rouge - Herb and Alchemy
Troll Hunter - Skinning - Leatherworking
Tauren Warrior - Mining Blacksmithing (Armor)
Tauren Druid - Herb and Skinning
Orc Shaman - Mining and Blacksmithing (Weapon)
Orc Warlock - Mining and Engineering

Some items of interest here: As you can see I have 3 Herbalists, 3 Skinners, and 3 Miners on only 8 characters. (Remember that all characters gather cloth) As with this many gatherers I have never bought any items from another player, or the auction. The reason I have 2 peeps being blacksmiths is because at higher levels you can choose to "specialize" in Armor crafting or Weapon crafting, and since the Warrior is the only peep that can use Mail until level 40 I made him the Armor. Notice also, that I made the Druid a gatherer only, this is so that I can wipe her crafting skills and take "Woodworking" in the future, whether it is put in a patch or an expansion. No, I did not hear anything about woodworking but it is desperately needed, I mean an engineer can make bullets but not arrows? and what about staves? Having a blacksmith make staves is retarded. I also did not use the ninth and tenth character slots as they are for expansion peeps also. LOL, I did force my kids to play on the same server as the MPS guild, so if you see "Masony", "Mckenzie", or "Bluice" on Bleeding Hollow, they will be "noobing it up" so feel free to PK them, especially since they all went Alliance... sigh...

General things to remember when Powerleveling to 20, DO NOT grind. Grinding might be more beneficial at higher levels but at these lowbie levels, the mobs will not drop the coin or gear that you need to keep your momentum up, to keep Powerleveling. Never look over your loot, as this is a waste of time, simply "Shift-right click" everything and it will all jump into your inventory. "Shift-right click" works on dead mobs, Herb gathering, and Mining, but does not work on Skinning. By the way, you shift-right click the mob, herb or mining node, not "Shift- right click" after you open up the target. If you get a green or other decent item, they will still be there when you head to town to sell, so don't waste time now. Never buy anything from an NPC, unless it is cheap food or drink for those classes that need it, you will need all your coin for buying your skills. Never repair your items, Items are 100% effective if they have full durability or they are one point away from being useless. At these low levels you will most likely find newer better gear before your current gear wears out, however if you do have an item that turns "red" repair it the next time you go town, but do not make an extra trip now. You should level all your characters in order from level 1 to 10, then 10 to 15, then 15 to 20.

Levels 1-5

These levels should all be completed within 60 minutes, simply run around and get your quests and do them. There is little else I can help you with here. (Hopefully you have Cosmo or CT, so you do not have to view that damn scrolling text in your quests, I use a Modded form of CT that a "friend" made me)

Levels 5-10font>

Here is where you will go to your "next town", for Undead this will be Brill, for Orc and Troll it will be Senjinn village, for Tauren it will be Bloodhoof. O.K. here if you are an Undead do "QUEST PACK UD1"(quest packs are listed below) If Orc or Troll do "QUEST PACK OT1" If Tauren do "QUEST PACK MOO1" While doing any of the quest packs you need to remember the basics of the quests such as locations, do not waste time writing down specifics though.

QUEST PACK UD1

Coming out of the newb spawn area there will be a guy in the road that asks you to get 10 pumpkins, do this now as this opens a new quest that you will need in the general area of the scarlet. After you get the 10 pumpkins go to brill turn in the quest, (he should make a potion that you give to an NPC in the bottom of the inn) and grab all the quests that you can around brill. Make sure your inventory is as empty as you can get it keeping only the basics. (Make sure you stop at the inn to "bind" there. Go west out of brill and talk to the big fat guy he will tell you to get 3 gloom weeds, these can be found right around the bridge area, while you are here you will see a little farmyard here this is where you get the claws that you need for the "putrid task" quest. You should also get the "blood vials" from the blood hounds here as they are right in the area. At this point you might need to run to brill and empty your inventory, unless you have found a bag or 2, even so turn in the quests and go far to the north west and you can kill the scarlets here by the tower for the "kill 10 scarlet Warriors". After this if you can do the vile fin quest as these are right there on the coast, but depending on your class they may be a little hard, if they are too hard right now just mentally note their location. At this point if you turned in the gloom weeds to the NPC in the graveyard, he will ask you to get 10 doom weeds which are north by the graverobbers. Go north and get the doom weeds and kill the grave robbers, the "mongrels" that you have to kill are north by the barn next to the farm field. By this time another trip to town for quests and selling of inventory will be needed. Next go to the Amagand farm and to the south of the farm you can kill the casters to get the eyes and the tanks there drop the ribs, you will also have to kill Devlin he is a tiny bit South East of the south most tower. Back to town to turn in quests and sell, then head South west, this will take you to the first scarlet kill task, kill the named and stay there and keep killing scarlets until you complete that quest and the task to collect 10 rings. (Proof of demise) At this point you have many options of quests you can do, do not forget to go upstairs in the inn as there is a girl up there that wants you to get duskbat pelts for her as well as 1 coarse thread. (The course thread can be bought right outside the inn from the "general trade good supplier". Keep doing the quests from brill eventually you will be given the Lich's quest that will require you to go to the Undead city to talk to the Mage in the magic quarter. Make sure you dump your items in the bank here if you have any you want to keep. After you hit level 10, DO NOT go to Silverpine. For future reference Silverpine is to the south west of the UD city just follow the road. Some notes on the other quests here, make sure you go South east on the road from Brill as there is a female NPC that will give you some quests also, these quests are far to the east. If you are looking for the friars and that kill task that is also far east and a little north, the spiders that you need to kill are at the friar location as well but west about 200-300 in-game feet.

QUEST PACK OT1

When coming out of the Orc-Troll newbie area there will be an NPC on the road asking you to take a package to Razor Hill, take this quest now and go to Razor Hill, DO NOT go to Senjinn village yet. AT Razor Hill you will be given a Quest you go to the human fort a little ways SE of Razor Hill, do this quest now. After killing the named boss towards the top of the tower, take the key you get from his body, and go way up top and there will be a chest there outside. This chest has an Item in it that will open a quest to go back to razor hill do this now. After going to razor hill and turning in the quests you will be given a quest to search the human wreckage for gnomes tools, go SE from razor hill and you will see the wrecks right off the shore, swim out to them and you will find the little chests with the tools in them laying around the wreckage. Run back to razor hill and turn in this quest, then run south to Senjinn village, just follow the road way south of razor hill. Here get all the quests you can and go a little bit west here is an NPC that will give you the quest to destroy the war plans, do this quest now by going further west and into the little break in the mountains, the 3 plans are in the 3 camps there. Turn in that quest and go to the shore south of Senjinn village where you kill the yellow con crabs for the mucus and the red con bigger crabs for the eyes. O.K. now check you quest log you should have at least 5 quests, 1 of them will have you finding raptor eggs, that you get from razor hill, the cook there will give it to you. You should also have the get 4 tiger furs and a find the skull quests, and even kill the named boss,(name starts with a "Z"). Swim to the islands south of Senjinn village here on these islands you can find the raptor eggs, the tiger furs, the skull,(this is on a little hill by where the named mob spawns) and the kill quest for the hexed trolls and the voodoo peeps. Finish up any quests that you have left, but DO NOT go to the crossroads. If you are not level 10 yet then go to Razor hill, and keep going north, when you are almost to Orgrimar look to the left(right after you get out of the ravine) and there is a goblin there that will give you a "gather supply" quest, after that he will give you another kill quest. Both of these quests have you traveling back south and about halfway there make a left, you will find the bags together here. After you take these back and get the kill task go back to the same spot and go south through the little opening you will find your kill tasks here. There are 2 other quests you can do here without going to the crossroads, and without killing fizzle. Go to Org and stay just south of it looking at the entrance, now turn west and go straight you will find an NPC that is positioned, hiding in a big rock formation. This is a timed quest, after talking to him go to the shadow cleft in Org and you will get a quest to get poison sacks these are dropped by the venomtails that are located where the NPC was that you got the quest from. After this you can go to a hut by where fizzle is and there is a lady in there that lost her son cause a crok ate him, just go to the river and keep killing croks until the medallion drops.

QUEST PACK MOO1

When you get to Bloodhoof you will be given a quest to collect acorns(these are under any big tree) and tablets.(These are at the water well to the SE of Bloodhoof). From here you will get other tasks that are all very easy and include killing the plainstriders that are found everywhere. The claws needed from the cats can be found by going straight south out of blood hoof as well as another NPC here.(By the south mountains). The razormanes can be found to the south and east a little and the higher level ones are in a camp to the east a little farther. The harpies when you get this quest are even father east, still against the southern mountains though. When at Bloodhoof you can also follow the road east and run into another NPC that will start you on quests killing the members of the vulture mining team. The Caravan is straight north right across the little pond there. The quest to kill the Supervisors and the named boss can be done by going into the caves which is to the north and after you go into the entrance make the first right and keep going straight the named mob is there. The Spirit wolf that you have to follow will take you NW from Bloodhoof into a little cave with yet another NPC that will give you a quest. The humans that are mining are to the NW of Bloodhoof, you DO NOT have to access the forge there, just take the tools that they drop to ThunderBluff and destroy them there at the forge. The forge is right at the eastern elevators. The named "arreache" roams in a half moon shaped trail from the mid top of TB moving right then down through the valley and back again. When you get the quest from TB to obtain the feathers there is a named ghost wolf there that will yet open another quest which can be completed in Bloodhoof. All the other quests in this area are very close together and self explained.

Levels 10-15

By now I had all my characters send all the stacks of 20 linen to my Mage tailor, this was enough for me to level to "40 skill" on bolts of linen and then make 28 - 6 slot bags for all 8 of my characters, and even had enough left over to make a couple robes for my casters. At level 10 your hunter and warlock should do all the pet related quests to obtain them, for my shaman at level 10 the fire totem quest was still a little too hard. All of your characters now should have their bags slots full, if they do not this is really going to slow you down. Now instead of continuing in the area that your characters are do the following:

Send your Orc and Troll race classes to do the Undead Quest pack, send you Undead and Tauren to do the Orc and Troll quest pack. Why? Well what we want here is speed, you already have done the quests in these areas with your other characters, and now you are going to do them with characters that are a few levels high AND have full bags so that you only have to make half as many trips to town. Some Quests are going to be green, do these anyway as they are extremely quick and still yield the same exp when turned in. If you see any quests that are grey or black these are your option to do them, remember though, that as of now there is no penalty to "abandon" a quest so just abort it if you do not want to do it. This method also helps you out allot later, as your Undead can then add the Silverpine and crossroads flight paths, and your Orc and troll can add the Undead city and Silverpine Flight paths. You Tauren will get Orgrimar and the Crossroads flight paths. As Far as the leveling goes, after you do these quest packs with your other characters, they will not quite be 15, this is when they all go to Silverpine and do the "Selphcher" quests. Since these are meant to be started at level 10 you will already have a 2-3 level advantage when you start these and can simply breeze through them. Some notes on the Silverpine quests: The bear hearts can be dropped by any grizzled bear. When you are given the quest "lost death stalkers" go a little farther east when you arrive and there is a little shack there with an NPC in it this will be your first "escort" mission. To save time do not go get the skittering blood until you also have the quest to get the shackles from the moonrages and the gluttons, as they are basically in the same area to the north east of town. Stay away from Pyrewood and save the elite quests for the level 15-20 or simply avoid them. The "Border Crossing" can be completed by going south out of town to where the little tent of human spellcasters are simply loot a box there.(This is just north of Pyrewood) The named boss that you must kill is in a mine off the road to the east, he is in the back, it is a very small mine but allot of agro. The pendants that you must obtain are from human spellcasters that are across the road from the "border crossings" crate. The last quest I did in this area was to get the ichor from fenris Island which is due East from town across the water.(Ignore the talking head as you need a group to do that quest)

Levels 15-20

This should be the same for all your characters by now. Finish up any and all quests in the Sepulcher up to and including the rot hide ichor quest but stop here. If you have any classes like the shaman need there "get this at level 10 quest" do that now as this will simply be a breeze since you are so high of a level compared to the quest level. Now as you log on your characters to level them move 1 by 1 to the crossroads, I had tried to keep my Undead doing quests in Silverpine, but there is basically only "2 quests per level" in Silverpine compared to the "5-6 quests a level" at the crossroads and ratchet, not to mention the Tauren camp south of crossroads. You can find the level of a quest by using a third party program such as CT. When you get to the crossroads make sure you tag the flight path there, as you run around getting the quests from the NPC's there you will get a supply quest to go to Orgrimar or ThunderBluff, DO NOT go there yet as you should do this quest when you level to 16-18-20 so you can train at the same time instead of making 2 separate trips. When you start to do quests here be picky because ALL my characters hit there "20 quests limit" in the quest book and there were still plenty of quests to take. Also now since you are a few levels higher then the quests do them in "phases", for example: Do the plainstrider, raptor heads, disrupting the attacks, quests right there close to crossroads as these are all in the same area. You could also head west out of the crossroads to the little outpost there and start doing the "kolkar" quests as well as the quests that involve the little oasis to the NW of crossroads.(If you find any "booty keys", this opens the chest by the boss in the hut, that looks different from all the other tents, you can only carry one, but after you use it you can obtain a key again. Then just repeat over and over, isn't this what we all want? FREE BOOTY! - some of the items are really needed also - lots of greens) After you hit 20 if you want to do your elite quests now is the time, you will still need a group though, the elite quests that I found were: Ragefire (in Orgrimar at the Shadow Cleft) Pyrewood(South of the Sepulcher, I would not go all the way back there though unless you already had a group to do it) and Wailing Caverns, which really you should wait a few more levels for.

World of Warcraft Grinding Guide (35-60)

Intro
No matter how you slice it, grinding is the fastest way to level in WoW. Maybe not the most fun, but it is much faster than questing. Before I start, you need to realize this is not a complete 1-80 leveling guide, it's just a guide that will help you find some quick grinding spots, if you need a complete leveling guide, the best ones are: Joana's 1-80 Horde leveling Guide for horde, and Penn's 1-80 Alliance leveling guide for alliance.

Click Here For The Biggest WOW Secret

Now, I'd say the best time to start grinding wouldn't be right off - You can get to 35 very easily questing, but after that, it's more of a pain in the as.

There are various good places to grind, so there is some overlapping.

Unfortunately, this applies mostly to damage dealers of the melee variety. Mages and Warlocks may be able to use them, but I don't have as much experience with them.

Warning: Alot of these areas are densely packed with mobs, so you are likely to get adds when you first begin clearing. However, the denser they are, that means the more spawns in the shortest distance - Exactly what you want when grinding.

Levels might be off by the order of 1 or 2, as your grinding ability might be different than that of the classes I have played. I apologize if they are, but I'm fairly sure these spots are mostly accurate.

Grinding areas will only support one person. Any more, and it will be alot slower for EXP. If someone is at the spot you planned on using, try somewhere else. I've tried to provide a good spread of places to try at different levels, but if you can't find one, you might just have to try later
----------------------------

Preparing
If you're a melee class, I cannot stress the fact that first aid and food are godsends, and will reduce your downtime greatly. Love them. They are VERY useful.

You might also want to spend some money on +stat potions that last for an hour, as well as +hp regen. You're going to mostly be grinding on mobs that have good drops, so you'll have more to spend.

----------------------------
Grinding

34-37
Venture Co. Meteorologists at Lake N. in Stranglethorn Vale
I love these guys. I mentioned them in the gold guide, and I really do love them. They have good drops, and they die fast. Hunters can sometimes even take two on at a time, as they like to stay at range and use their lightning bolt attack. Sic a pet on one, and take out the other yourself. They don't always stay at range, however, so your milage may vary.

36-38
The Naga on the islands in Desolace have low armor, and there are casters in the mix. Be wary of the wandering sea giants, though. One will walk across the island every now and then, and they'll kill you if they sees you.

37-39
The Murlocs by Grom'Gol in STV are excellent grinding. They have, as per usual, low defense, and take alot of damage. Some casters mixed in the fray as well.

Click Here For The Biggest WOW Secret

36-46
In the Badlands, there are ALOT of rock elementals. They range from about 37 to 42 or so, if I remember correctly. They're sort of close to the Horde base, so Alliance might be weary of the area. They die fast, and they have some pretty good vendor drops. Higher level ones spawn by the Ogres camp, and have a chance of spwaning Rumbler, a named rock elemental. There's also a few quests right by the lower ones, so some extra EXP is fun.

40-43
The Scalding Whelps in the Badlands are fun to grind. They're basicly casters, low def and HP, high damage. They also have a chance of dropping a a Tiny Black Whelpling, which can go for 20-50 gold on some servers in the AH, and are pretty cool pets regardless.

40-46
The Wastewander humans in Tanaris are great grinding for a large level range. They start off at level 40 and 41, and ramp up to 44 or so, and then you can move to the pirates, which range from 44-45 (Or is it 46?). Chests spawns are all over the place too, so you can get some phat lewt. My gold guide has more in depth information on their location.

42-45
The Naga in Stranglethorn Vale are pretty easy to kill, though there aren't any caster mobs mixed in. I personally don't like this one, but it is viable.

44-46
There are some more Naga on an island in Feralas, south of Feathermoon Stronghold or whatever. I've never been there personally, but I've heard good things about it. A named naga spawns at the top of one of the caves, 24 hour spawn.

45-48
Also in Feralas, there are some Yeti in the Feral Scare Vale. The normal ones are about level 45, and they ramp up to level 48 or so. Pretty good grinding, but the range of movement is sorta large.

46-48
The ghosts in Azshara are great. I love them. I can't stress how awesome they are. They drop insane mageweave and silver, and are absolutely excellent to kill. The Litchlings are casters, and die even faster than the Apprentices, which go down FAST. I absolutely love these. However, on my server, several 57+ gold farmers also camp them fairly actively :(

47-49
I've heard good things about the Dunemaul ogres in Tanaris, though I don't have much experience with the area.

47-49
I like elementals, and here are some more :). In the Searing Gorge Cauldron, and a little bit North of it, there are plenty to grind.

49-52
Deadwood Village in Felwood is decent grinding, and you can also use it to raise your Timbermaw faction. Not much I can say about it.

52-54
The Ogres in the Burning Steppes are pretty good. Same thing as with other ogres.

53-58
More ghosts! This time in Winterspring, on the frozen lake. I <3 these guys.

53-58
Running around in the Plaguelands killing undead. Raising Argent Dawn faction is a pain, so you might want to go ahead and do slightly slower grinding at the gain of being able to raise your faction at the same time. It's also possible to go to 60 doing this, but it's mind numbingly boring... But for some, the faction is worth it. You cannot gain faction from killing monsters when you are level 60, so if you plan on grinding them for the faction, you may really want to do this until 60

57-60
If you're a rogue, Blackrock Stronghold is the place to be. You will die a few times getting down a beat, but once you have the timing going well, you'll be dominating the area. Half the mobs there are casters, and the other half still have low armor compared to most mobs of this level

Useful World of Warcraft Tips

Autoloot everything. Shift + Right Click on a kill. Saves a ton of time. Or better yet, turn automatic looting on in the interface menu.

Click Here For The Biggest WOW Secret

Get as many quests as possible, simultaneously. Do not do quests "1 at a time". When entering a new map region, go to the "main" town first, speak to all the NPC's, get all the quest, and then proceed to explore.

Remember that some quests can be a waste of time, requiring you spend an hour running to and from different people. Don't be afraid to abandon quests in favor of other ones. Wasting time on crappy quests isn't worth it.

Use groups to your advantage. Grouping will immensely speed up your power-game, but do it only when necessary. About 25% of the quests are group quests, and you will waste time trying to solo them- UNLESS you wait until you are a few levels higher and the quest becomes green (good tip for solo'ers). The rest of the quests, you can solo. There are some conditions here, however: Beware of inefficient groups! A group that doddles around or keeps dying trying to complete a quest will slow you down! You are better off soloing in this case. If you are a Shaman, or a Paladin or have a quick way to heal yourself and mele both, then you may be better off soloing more often than not. Warriors and types that mele well but can't heal, and priests and mages who have little armor function better in groups. Groups work well! But they must be efficient groups.

LEVEL-GRINDING: Killing stuff a few levels below you (con green) is a GREAT way to quickly rack up EXP and grind out a level. Yea, its boring, but it pays! You don't take much damage, you kill them fast, you have quick recovery (low down time). Fast, numerous smaller EXP gains add up over time much quicker than higher, but slower EXP gains with more down time. If you are struggling with a quest, you may want to consider 'level grinding' yourself by spending time killing lesser creatures and then tackle the quest If you want a really quick way to gain a level or two, use the AFK Realm BOT supplied at this website. Its at your own risk, of course, but it is a great source of 'bonus' exp on the side, when you are AFK.

USE A GUIDE: Use a leveling guide, yes you may be unaware but there are some REALLY good leveling guides out there that can reduce your play time dramatically, some of these guide authers have spent countless hours developing these guides, the best ones are: Joana's 1-80 Horde leveling Guide for horde, and Penn's 1-80 Alliance leveling guide for alliance.

GREAT TIP: Doing quests 3 or more levels higher than you, or an elite quest solo may only take excess time, UNLESS you are in a group, don't attempt them. If you spend 5 hours trying to do a level 15 quest and you are at level 13, you may get it done. But in those same 5 hours, you could have made level 15 simply by killing stuff 2-3 levels beneath you. And then doing the quest in 1 hour. So in 6 hours, you get the quest done, and are at level 15, as opposed to finishing the quest in 5 hours and still being at level 13. Trust me on this one....this kind of thing happens all the time in this game. Its soooo tempting to go for that mob boss who's three levels above you and finish your quest solo. You could literally waste 10 hours, or even days trying. BUT, if you get in a group, then you can do it in a cinch. OR you can 'level grind' yourself. This is the heart of powering through this game to the upper levels.

AVOID THIS BIG MISTAKE: Players are too quick to use DPS (damage per second) on their weapons as the primary factor. This is just not true! Abilities such as % to crit and damage bonuses are calculated based upon the damage of the weapon or its speed. DPS is just an 'average' and is never used in computing an ability. Example: Weapon A: a slow, heavy weapon deals 110-130 damage, yet is only 80 DPS Weapon B: a faster weapon deals 75-85 damage, and is 85 DPS. most players will equip weapon B automatically. Well if you are a warrior and you like to use your mortal strike ability....this would be a terrible idea! Why? Because Mortal Strike on weapon A would deal 220-260 damage and on weapon B would deal 150-170 damage. Quite the difference!

Here is another: Weapon A: super fast, super light. 10 DPS, speed of 1.5 Weapon B: not as fast, but harder hitting: 12 DPS, speed of 3 Now, lets say you are a Rogue, and you have all your abilities in %critical chance. You have a 12% chance to crit with every swing. With Weapon A, you will have twice as many crits as you will with weapon B! You see why its not always automatic to equip the higher DPS weapon? In Macro's and speech, remember that %t will cite your current target. Shift + Clicking on something will add it to your speech or your macro. Both %t and shift+click come in very handy. At about level 12-15 or so, you can travel to another race's "starting region" and still be low enough in levels to get the quests in that area. They will be a cinch to solve and you will still get some exp for the kills. (this is optional, might be something you want to do). Many of the really great weapons drop off bosses inside of instances. Roll on everything. Acquire, Acquire, Acquire.

One-Handed + Wand Bug (might be a bug, i dunno): While in combat, if you have a wand equipped in your off-hand and are engaged in mele combat, you can double your damage by hitting with your wand and your mace simultaneously. Normally, when you "use" a wand, it resets the timer on your one-handed swing. But not if you time it right. Wait until your character is just about to swing with his melee weapon (you see his arm fly back). At this very moment, use your wand, and you will get a double punch! A great trick that turns a caster into a tank. For this reason alone, I would never go for a 2-H weapon as a caster. (I play priest and this dual mace + wand thing works as if I am dual-wielding, making me into a genuine tank. It works wonders i tell ya!)

Honor Kills: Do not join raid groups for honor points....you will get virtually nothing. Solo or a normal party is your best bet for getting maximum contribution points. Being in a RAID will cut your contribution points down to the absolute minimum per kill.

How to Make a WoW Character with Cool Letters

Click Here For The Biggest WOW Secret

Have you ever seen those chars with names like ÇÉL? Well this is how they do it. They use letters called Extended Ascii Characters, and all you have to do is find the letter you like from this chart:

and hold ALT and punch in the numbers ON THE NUMBERPAD! (numbers on right side of keyboard) you see in front of the letter than you want, like ALT+128 = Ç and ALT+144 = É. If a GM sees this they may or may not make you change your name, depends on luck, I have seen level 60s with names like this.

Teremus the Devourer Guide

Introduction: Teremus the Devourer is the redish-black dragon you see flying around everyday in the Blasted Lands, but dont let what anyone fool you, he is a tough one!

Click Here For The Biggest WOW Secret

Teremus the Devourer

Teremus is level ?? Dragon Boss who wanders the Northern Part of the Blasted Lands *the orange part* till he is killed, making it easy to get to him and often dont have to kill a thing to get to him!

Special Abilities/Important Info:

Teremus has about 70,000-100,000hp

Average Melee hit is about 530 and can crit for up to 1,200hp but not often!

He has a knockback which throws everyone near him up in the air and back away from him about 20yds and deals 450 damage when done and if the warrior does not have good agro will cause the warrior to lose agro

NOTE: This knockback serves as a lifetap which heals himself about 15% everytime he does it up to 20-30 times a fight and gets real annoying... he does not show any clue or sign to when he is going to do it!

He does not summon or call any helpers but some normal mobs from zone could agro
!Recommended Force!

A level 60 Warrior that is Spec'd in Protection * and using 1h and shield* & and two warriors that are ready to take agro if the first dies

2 Priests or Druids *50+ level<>I did it with a 51 and 46th lvl druid* These two should be paying attention to the Main Tank

A few Paladins/shaman

And load up on the DPS!!!

To sum it down for you a good 10+ raid force of 55+ make sure a few are 60

Strategy:

As you know this dragon wanders the zone and that could mean adds
dis-organization and all of the above...

When your force is ready to move out go to the valley type area south of Dreadmaul Hold *If you are in between the west wall of zone and a mountain to east then you are in the correct spot*
A few mobs will prolly be in that spot ranging 45-51 level non-elites , clear those and keep them cleared while you wait for Teremus to fly in between the mountains

When you see him getting near have the tank pull him to the raid force and have him get close to a wall with his back on it, this will make the knockback not so bad and if he loses agro from it he wont have to run back to the dragon and taunt again

*A good order of skills the tank should use is Put him on the wall , use Shield Wall to help him get agro and get the healers all set and stuff ... use Shield Discipline and while that is up Shield bash and taunt sunder armor whatever the whole fight to keep agro*

Once the Warrior tanking Teremus feels as if he has agro stuck on him real well , have him call in the others to come attack the dragon!

The priests/druids should be keeping the Warrior alive. If they go OOM *Out of Mana* which they prolly will have the pallies/shamans keep the tank alive for long enough that it gives the healers to get mana etc

When not helping heal the Main Tank the backup healers *pallys/shamans should be keeping the main healers and the other raid members alive*

Keep the agro, keep the heals going and have the people that die run back from Graveyard to the fight and keep zerging him, and you should have a dead dragon!
The fight could take anywhere from 5-20min to kill depending on your raids size and level etc...

Teremus the Devourer drops anywhere from 1-5 Flawless somethingoftheother Spheres which are blue items that you turn in to a weird guy in that zone for a rare item, and first time 9,000EXP
Rewards range from a 15+ agi 5+str 6+spirit neck piece and a nice fire resist trinket with some cool damage dealing effect, you might get lucky and have a Doombringer or Tanglewood Staff drop along with the Spheres.

Night Elf to Ironforge Guide

I consider this to be the hardest trip for new characters to meet up with friends of another race. I personally got lost when I tried to do this during beta. I died a gazillion times. And I never did get a chance to group with my friend. Even with this guide, it could take you 40 minutes on average to make it there and about 3-4 deaths. During this trip you have to pass through a level 25-30 zone which is not fun at all at even level 15. I had 300 hp and it would go bye bye real fast. This guide will take you from Aldrassil in Shadowglen to Ironforge.

Click Here For The Biggest WOW Secret

Shadowglen to Darnassus
You want to leave Aldrassil/Shadowglen south on the road and follow it through Dolanaar going west all the way to Darnassus. You should be safe along the road. If you run into anything it should not be higher then level 8ish and usually you can outrun it if you just keep moving. You will want to continue through the center of the city over to the island on the west side. This island holds a huge pink/purple glowing area. This is a portal to Rul'theran Village, which houses a boat and hippogryph master. Once in Rul'theran, you have a choice of flying or riding a boat. At the time I did this, neither cost any money. The boat will show up at the docks occasionly which is straight ahead of where you land after leaving the portal. The hippogryph master is on the deck off to the left when heading towards the docks. No matter your choice you will end up in Auberdine.

Once there, go talk to the hippogryph master to get the flight route location, so you don't have to do this later. If you came by boat leave the docks and head right on to another deck. At the end is the master. If you arrived by hippogryph... well he's right next to you. Once you get the flight route, head to the docks. Head to the southern offshoot from the docks to catch the boat for Menethil Harbor.

Once in Menethil Harbor, head to the grypon master in the southeast corner of the town. Get the Flight Route location here, even if you don't have any other... It will come in handy later. Leave the town going north and then to the east. There are alot of level 25ish mobs, so you might die a couple times. Just keep on trucking if this happens. The road will turn south towards Dun Algaz, a dwarven tunnel. Once out of the tunnel, follow the road through the mountains. But becareful, there are some more mobs that will jump you here. But lucky you, If you die you will be transported to the spirit healer near Thelsamar.

Once out of the tunnel, follow the road through the mountains. But becareful, there are some more mobs that will jump you here. But lucky you, If you die you will be transported to the spirit healer near Thelsamar. Make sure you talk to the Gryphon Master to get a flight location. Now you have the Flight Path between the harbor and Thelsamar. You have a choice upon leaving Thelsamar. You can go back up and to the North Gate Pass or go south and to the South Gate Pass. Either way stay to the road.

Follow the road west from whatever gate you choose to go through. Follow the road signs if you get lost. Once in Ironforge, obtain the flight location from the Gryphon Master so you have a Flight Path to here. The Gryphon Master is located in the center of the city. You can talk to a guard and get him to place a flag on the map, if you have trouble finding him. I also suggest that you hop on the tram and go to Stormwind to get the flight path there. You can use guards to find the locations for these places too. Be sure to repair any of your items if you died and I hope you enjoy playing with your other Alliance friends.

How to get Exalted With Darnassus

Hello all! For this Strat, I will teach you how to have an exalted reputation with Darnassus, and other Elves country! As you know, if you get exalted on a country, you can buy mounts, even it's not your own race...

Click Here For The Biggest WOW Secret

In this Strat, I considered you are only FRIENDLY with Darnassus...

Requirement:

We will get exhalted with help of a quest you can find in Farelas Country. It's very simple to complete but, objects you need to have can be long to get... BUT, you can get them to the AH, or buy them to friends! That's the list:

· Get about 13200 Un'goro Soil (you can have them at Un 'goro, or buy it from friends)

· Collect or Create about 6600 MorrowGrain (you can buy it or create with help of an Alchimist

Unfolding:

Like I tell you before, we are going to use a quest... This quest is a recurrent quest (blue interrogation point), and you can do it many times! The NPC who's giving this quest is Quintis Jonespyre.

-> Details:About NPC: The name of the quest is Jonespyre's Request:

-> Details:About Quest: All you need to do is give him 3 ingredients... I've quote 2 of them before, and he normally give you one... and with this quest, you can get easy 33000 reputation points needed to have exalted reputation...

II

You need to turn in 60 wool, 60 silk, 60 mageweave first to the cloth collector located in the tailor shop in the trade district of daranasus. The object of this quest which is obtainable at level 50 is the runecloth part, but only after you do the wool, silk and mageweave parts and are at least level 50 first. Your initial turn in is 60 runecloth for about 6k XP and about 160 rep bonus. But this quest is repeatable at this point for only 20 runecloth each for a bonus of 50 faction rep. Now the fun part is if your human. you get 55 faction rep. if you do the math. its 21,000 rep from revered to exhalted. at 55 faction a trip, it will take you 382 stacks of runecloth to hit exhalted. at roughly 1.5g / stack, your looking at 573g to hit exhalted, which should be ALOT cheaper than trying to aquire 13k soil =P Sorry if your not human. but you got more trips than that, but its still cheaper than collection soil and seeds. Keep in mind this is only after you turn in the initial 60 wool, silk, mageweave and runecloth. Also you can do this for EACH faction. Stormwind has a guy in the mage district that takes this, and IF has the dwarven and gnomish collectors also. And the horde has their respective quests for this too. And if your just in for XP, at 50, when you get this quest. you would need 240 wool, 240 silk, 240 mageweave, and 240 runecloth, you would get roughly 25k XP and 160 faction rep for each faction. IMO this is a much better way to hit exhalted with any of the main factions.

AVOID DROWNING:
Okay, so you know when you are in very deep water and that fatigue meter comes up, right? Well if you dont want it to go down and you to drown then... find a landmass and ram your head straight into it. The fatigue meter will disappear and you will be okay for the next few seconds.

KILL ROUGES:
If you happen to get jumped by a Rogue and he runs off mid-fight to vanish and regroup/heal, simply summon a Gnomish Battle Chicken (230 Engineering) - it will automatically find him, stealth or not. For some reason the Chicken ignores stealth, and goes after your attacker.

GNOME SPEED LOOT:
From a friend's account, I've done some more research into my "Gnasty Trick" exploit, it turns out Gnomes in a party are processed slightly faster for looting, and if you're on a Quest for a certain monster, and that corpse has YOUR Quest Item in it, you can loot it, regardless whose "turn" it REALLY is, and so far as I've seen, regardless of what the party's Loot Setting is. Obviously, don't pull this too often, unless you LIKE getting other players mad at you, and/or someone might turn this one in and get it fixed...Blizzard LIKES fixing things, even BEFORE they're broken!
Clarification:
Let's say you're grouped with some Humans, doing one of the Brotherhood of Defilas Quests, whether or not they're on the Quest. You kill one of the Bandits, and by luck, it has one of the Bandannas you're after! You can loot it, get the Bandanna, regardless of whose "turn" it's SUPPOSED to be...HOWEVER! While you have it open, if that corpse has money or Linen or WOOL on it, you can grab that too while you're at it! By some odd coincidence, it'll "sparkle" (Meaning lootable) on both yours AND whose ever turn it's "supposed" to be to loot! You CAN both loot it at the same time, at which point, it'll become a contest of reflexes (And connection-speed--I always lose that part) on who can click on what first to grab it!

MOLTEN CORE:
The entrance is inside of Blackrock Depths. It's after you clear the Room of Seven or whatever the name of it is, and before you enter the Lyceum. You kill the 7 spirits in the Room of Seven and go through the door, instead of going straight into the Lyceum, take a right. You fight 2 sets of 3 of the Fireguard elementals, one set, cross a bridge, another set. In front of you you'll see a green glowing portal. That's Molton Core. Note: This is a raid instance, and it's not single pull mobs but in chains of 2 or more. Now heres the exploit, your main party will contain 1 Warlock & 1 Rogue and then 2 other classes dones't matter for summoning. The rogue will sneak past ALL the mobs and get right up to the main Lava boss. Right then ask the Warlock to summon the rogue, when the rogue gets the "Accept Summon" button he will go and smack the boss from behind and then port. OK get ready, because 2 minutes later the boss will arrive at the doorstep of the instance and he's tough! Conquest beat him legit but this way you can skip all the raid mobs. Enjoy. This may be patched in upcoming patch however as of now it works so use caution.

WEAPON SKILL:
NOTE: Hunter in Party Needed I figured out the BEST way to max out ALL weapon exp not just ranged like in all the other guides it is EXTREMELY EASY but requires that you have a hunter friend with you (any level hunter) Ok now you have your hunter go to the coast and Tame a crab (not sure if it works with other animals but it forsure works with crab) then you have him dismiss the pet, the pet will jsut sit there while you wail on it and ALL of your attacks will miss but unlike the other guides here that tell you about getting weapon exp by having attacks miss mine works for MELEE also which is awesome! I got my hunter maxed on every weapon within 15 minutes (the crabs dissapear after like 8 minutes so you have to tame them and dismiss again.

ZIGZAG TO SAFTEY:
The AI pathing in WoW is not too great, small strafing stidesteps (otherwise known as zig zaging) will cause the AI Mob to do the same thing. Problem is that the AI takes split seconds longer to change direction so if you are in a bind, you can escape alot more easily by zig zagging as you run for your life!

CANCEL CURRENT FLIGHTS
If you select the wrong flight path (one too far away) you log out ( not sure how long you have to) and when you come back you will fly to the nearest flight path. So if I started flying from Darnassius to theramore but forgot I had to get something in the AH I log out and it will stop at auberdine so I can fly back.

FIGHT IN NUETRAL TOWNS:
Priests PK in Neutral towns. Priests are able to MC (Mind Control) and Pain (DoT) in Neutral towns without drawing agro from the guards. Enter a Neutral town, DoT your victim, and when they attack back they will be attacked by the guards.

HUNTER TIPS:
Taming pet: Use ice trap then start taming the pet. (Gives you 10 sec free) Healers: Use scatter shot to make them run away from a channeled spell. Pet: Use a fast attacking pet to interrupt spells, flying pets to get in the way of PVP. PVP: If attacking a melee character (warrior, palidan, shaman, rogue, etc) use a movement slowing spell (concussion or wing clip), run away from the character and jump+attack (ranged weapon) while running away. If you jump and use the mouse to look back at your enemy, you can fire Arcane Shot or Concussive Shot at them in mid-air, then spin back to the original direction and keep running. Basic principle of kiting for a hunter (or any instant cast, ranged ability that requires facing the opponent).

SUMMON LEVEL 70s TO LOW LEVEL MEETING STONES:
1. (use F keys to target ex. F1 F2 etc) target the low lvl that can actually be summoned on the stone.
2. click the stone and use the F key that targets the higher lvl
for example say F1 targets a lvl 24 pally in the group and F3 targets lvl 70 in ur grp
3. the second u click the summoning stone click the F key that targets the higher lvl really fast before the portal starts up
4. have one of the other party members click it then boom your summoning lvl 70s that u normally cant to BRD , deadmines SFK BFD and so on

SUPER SPELL DAMAGE:
Dreamweave armor adds 1-35 damage to damaging spells. Rather than check that value each time a spell is cast they decided to save themselves some floating point calcs and only check it ONCE... that time being when the armor is first put on. So you put on a Dreamweave Vest and a roll is made and that value is added to your global damage modifier. When you take the vest off it makes another roll and subtracts that value from your global spell damage modifier. Note that it doesn't take off the SAME random value it added when you put it on, but instead takes off a different random value from 1-35. So say you put the vest on and it rolls a 10 and so all yer spells are at +10 damage. If you take it off then it rolls a 27. Now you are at -17 damage to all spells you cast... Not a good thing! However if you get lucky then your put-on roll is higher than your take-off roll and you end up with a NET gain of +damage. This is endlessly repeatable so via a random walk process you can end up with a HUGE +damage modifier and then put on your Arcanist or whatever real armor to go PvP'ing in. Of course you are equally likely to end up with a HUGE -damage modifier so you have to take care to keep track of what your modifier is at any time and dress/undress accordingly. With this you can do some massive damage.

5) You will have to attend a raid of Upper Blackrock Spire (uBRS) to get the head of Rend Blackhand. Do so, and once again return to Thrall in Orgrimmar. All the occupants of Orgrimmar will receive a buff upon turn in.

6) Thrall will tell you to seek out Rexxar, who roams from north Feralas, through Desolace, and into southern Stonetalon Mountains.

7) Rexxar will give you the quest, The Testament of Rexxar. You are to deliver Rexxar's Testament to Myranda the Hag in Western Plaguelands.

Testament of Rexxar
Deliver Rexxar's Testament to Myranda the Hag in the Western Plaguelands.

8) Find Myranda the Hag near Uther's tomb, south of andorhal, standing on a tree stump.

9) Myranda the Hag will give the quest, Oculus Illusions.

Oculus Illusions
Travel to Blackrock Spire and collect 20 Black Dragonspawn Eyes. Return to Myranda the Hag when the task is complete.
Black Dragonspawn Eye: 0/20

10) Once again, you will have to raid uBRS and collect the Black Dragonspawn Eyes. They drop 1-2 at a time and are common.

11) Return to Myranda the Hag with 20 Black Dragonspawn Eyes. She will give you an Amulet of Draconic Subversion and the quest, Emberstrife.

Emberstrife
Travel to the Wyrmbog in Dustwallow Marsh and seek out Emberstrife's Den. Once inside, wear the Amulet of Draconic Subversion and speak with Emberstrife.

12) Travel to Emberstrife's Den in Dustwallow Marsh. It is the cave along the cliffs to the very south. The Amulet of Draconic Subversion will transform you into a Black Scalebane once inside Emberstrife's Den. While disguised, speak to Emberstrife. He will behave as an NPC.

13) Emberstrife will begin a mini-series of quests titled The Test of Skulls. The first such quest in this series is The Test of Skulls, Scryer.

The Test of Skulls, Scryer
You must find the blue dragonflight drake champion, Scryer, and slay him. Pry his skull from his corpse and return it to Emberstrife.
You know that Scryer can be found in Winterspring.
The Skull of Scryer: 0/1

The Test of Skulls, Axtroz
Travel to Grim Batol and track down Axtroz, drake champion of the Red Flight. Destroy him and take his skull. Return the skull to Emberstrife.
The Skull of Axtroz: 0/1

20) Go to the Wetlands and enter the Dragonmaw Gates region, the curved valley area in the east side of the zone. Travel down the valley a ways and you will find Axtroz.

21) Return to Emberstrife to receive the followup, Ascension...

Ascension...
It would appear as if the charade is over. You know that the Amulet of Draconic Subversion that Myranda the Hag created for you will not function inside Blackrock Spire. Perhaps you should find Rexxar and explain your predicament. Show him the Dull Drakefire Amulet. Hopefully he will know what to do next.

22) This quest is to simply find Rexxar again. Rexxar will give you the final quest, Blood of the Black Dragon Champion.

Blood of the Black Dragon Champion
Travel to Blackrock Spire and slay General Drakkisath. Gather his blood and return it to Rexxar.
Blood of the Black Dragon Champion: 0/1

NOTE: Only one person can get the blood off General Drakkisath per raid! For this reason, please organize a list of people who need it, or simply roll each time until everyone is complete.

23) Return the Blood of the Black Dragon Champion to Rexxar, and receive the Drakefire Amulet, a necklace.

24)Keep the Drakefire Amulet in your inventory to be allowed access into Onyxia's Lair when you raid! You need not WEAR the amulet, simply have it on your character.

Children's Week Guide For World of Warcraft - Alliance

This is a guide for those that have questions or need help on the quest given during Children's Week.

Click Here For The Biggest WOW Secret

This quest is started in (for the Alliance) Stormwind City's Cathedral Square, the quest giver is to the right of the giant Cathedral. Once you start this quest you receive a orphan whistle which is used to call and dismiss your orphan.
Your orphan can only be male (as far as I know) and there is only a Orc (Horde only) and Human version (Alliance only), no Dwarves, undead, etc. orphans.
Every time you complete one of these 5 tasks (excluding the first one of summoning your orphan and talking to it), you will receive 650 experience.
The quest itself requires you to (for the Alliance) visit 3 places so the orphan can see various things:

*The order is not important*
1. One of the places to visit is the Darnassus' bank, which is right in the center or Darnassus (or just ask a patrol for directions)
2. Another one of the places you need to visit is the Lighthouse in Westfall, which is located off the beach just a few feet away on a small island (at the bottom left corner)
3. The last place you need to visit with your orphan is Stonewrought Dam in Loch Modan (see below)

After you visit all three of these places (each place is actually its own quest given to you by your orphan), your orphan will give you two more quests to do, in these two quests you need to:

1. Visit with your orphan to Theramore Isle where you need to talk to Jaina Proudmoore and get her autograph (see below)
2. And you need to buy your orphan some Ice Cream which can be found, not in the Shimmering Flats like the quest says, but at an NPC in Stormwind right beside the bank's mailbox. (Do NOT buy ice cream from other players because most of them charge around 1g when you can get 5 for 5 silver from the Special Treats NPC.)

Stonewrought Dam - to get to this Dam, just fly to Thelsamar and follow the road north. When you reach near the top of the zone, head east and you will see the Dam (the only monsters here are around level 12). Just walk down the Dam to the center and this task will become completed.

Jaina Proudmoore - The easiest way to get here if you haven't been here before is to travel to the Wetlands and take the boat that brings you to the Isle. Jaina Proudmoore is in the large castle in the center at the top.

After you complete these tasks (total of 5 quests) you can return to the quest giver in Stormwind's Cathedral Square and you will receive one of these prizes:

1. Mr.Wiggles the Pig (pet)
2. Whiskers the Rat (pet)

III. AUTHOR'S NOTE

I. Q & A

Q: What do vanity pets actually do?
A: Vanity pets will loyally follow you around while you are traveling by foot or mount, regardless of your speed. They'll follow you anywhere, indoors or out, dangerous or otherwise, but they retreat to their cages when you hop a flight (even if the pet can fly).

At this time, only one vanity pet provides a small buff (or in this case, a debuff) when summoned. See Disgusting Oozling for details.

Q: Where can I get a vanity pet?
A: Vendors, drops, quest rewards, engineering recipes, auction houses, and through special promotions by Blizzard. This guide provides the location of drops and vendors for every known vanity pet. It also explains which pets can be obtained through what quests. Many vanity pets can be purchased through the auction house (AH), but prices greatly vary.

Q: Is there a level requirement for owning a vanity pet?
A: No, however some quests with NC pet rewards will be unavailable to you until you reach an appropriate level.

Q: Can I sell my vanity pet to another player?
A: Many vanity pets are BoP (soulbound on pickup). Others are BoU (soulbound when used). If you haven't summoned the pet, you can sell it or trade it to other players (assuming it was not a BoP item). Most unwanted soulbound pets can be sold to a vendor.

Q: How many vanity pets can I own?
A: You can own as many vanity pets as you wish, but you may only have one active at a time.

Q: Can warlocks and hunters have a non-combat pet active while their combat pet is summoned?
A: Yes. This allows hunters and warlocks to travel the world with their own little posse in tow. Fo' shizzle.

Q: Can I name my vanity pet?
A: Not at this time. But maybe someday... (pretty please Blizzard?)

Q: Do I have to feed my vanity pet?
A: No. Amazingly, these little guys keep on trucking without a drop of water or an ounce of food. They are the envy of all hunters.

Q: Are vanity pets class or faction specific?
A: For the most part, no. Any class or faction can summon any pet. However, some BoP quest reward vanity pets are only available to one faction or another, preventing the opposing faction from ever obtaining that pet. Furthermore, certain mechanical pets are BoP and can only be used by the engineers who build them.

Q: Can my vanity pet be killed?
A: Yes and no. They can't be killed by other players and mobs directly, but they can be fried by some area-of-effect spells and effects. You want that whelpling regular or extra crispy?

BESTIARY

NOTE: BoP means "Bind on Pickup"; BoU mean "Bind on Use". Some pets have been listed multiple times when more than one category was appropriate. Also note that seasonal companions can be used year-round.
